New members
As established in article 3 of the Statutes of epe ibaia, “They may be members of this Association all legal and natural persons wicht ”:
They must have their domicile and tax residence within the territory of the Basque Country and regularly engage in audiovisual production.
They must be registered in a Registry of Film and Audiovisual Companies and demonstrate that they possess recognized rights in the current Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12) on audiovisual works produced by the company in the last five years.
They must be independent producers according to the following definition included in Law 55/2007 of December 28, on Cinema, in its article 4 n) 1 and 2.
